With the new year settling in and routines starting to feel more familiar, February is a great time to pause, reflect, and reconnect – with your health, your community, and the things that matter most to you.
In this month’s edition, Dr Sheree (Chiropractor) shares highlights from a recent adventure overseas, we introduce the newest member of the NT Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre team, and we invite you to reflect on what you truly love in your life – and how your daily habits support it.
We hope this newsletter gives you a little insight, a little inspiration, and something positive to take into the month ahead.
Dr Sheree’s Trip: Back in Practice (and Full of Stories!)

Hola amigos! I’m back in practice feeling refreshed, recharged, and very grateful; and I couldn’t return without sharing a few highlights from an unforgettable adventure.
We started in Costa Rica, slowing right down with beach time, fresh coconuts, and a few cheeky monkeys. From there, we headed to Panama for a sailing trip through the stunning San Blas Islands: island-hopping, clear water, and nights under the stars.
Next stop was Colombia, exploring the colourful streets of Cartagena, before travelling to Peru for the Inca Trail, Rainbow Mountain, and time in the Amazon. The journey was a wonderful reminder of how powerful nature can be when we slow down and take it all in.
I’m so happy to be back and can’t wait to catch up with you all in practice again.

Introducing Dr Will McKinnon

Hi everyone, my name is Will McKinnon, and I’m the newest chiropractor at NT Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre.
I recently graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne, completing a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Chiropractic. Originally from country Victoria, I spent the past five years living and studying in Melbourne.
Outside of practice, I’ve played Aussie rules footy most of my life and love anything outdoors – surfing, mountain bike riding, camping, fishing, and training at the gym. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places, with recent adventures taking me through Namibia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
I’m really looking forward to settling into the Northern Territory and getting to know both the NT Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre community and the wider Darwin community.
Thanks for the warm welcome so far – I’m excited to meet you in practice soon.
The Month of Love: What Do You Want More Of?

February is a lovely prompt to check in – not just on romance, but on the things you genuinely love in your life.
Maybe it’s weekend hikes, gardening, early morning swims, or kicking the footy with the kids. Maybe it’s your family, your friendships, or simply feeling comfortable and capable in your own body.
Here’s a simple question to reflect on: Are your current habits supporting what you love most?
If you love being active outdoors, are you moving regularly and caring for your mobility? If family time matters most, are you supporting your energy levels with everyday movement and rest?
This month, consider choosing one small habit that supports the life you want more of. A little consistency now can help support many moments to enjoy down the track.
Until Next Month…
As always, our team is here to support your health and wellbeing, whether you’re getting back into routine, staying active outdoors, or simply wanting to feel your best day to day.
If it’s been a little while since your last visit, or you’d like to book in for a check, we’d love to see you in practice. Call the clinic or book your next appointment online.
Here’s to a healthy, active February ahead!
